Our King Street clinic would like to welcome Anabela Lopes to our skilled team of chiropodists. Anabela received her Bachelor of Health Sciences from Western University and went on to study Chiropody at The Michener Institute of Education at UHN. During her last clinical year, Anabela was a guest speaker at the Canadian Federation of Podiatric Medicine Conference, where she lectured on innovative acute Charcot foot syndrome treatments and received the Dr. Brian Brodie Memorial Award for Research. Anabela is a member of the College of Chiropody, Ontario Society of Chiropodists, and the Canadian Federation of Podiatric Medicine. In addition to English, she also speaks Portuguese. In her spare time, Anabela enjoys being outdoors with family and friends, and can be found hiking and road biking around the Hamilton area.
